Bridgeport Style Manual Knee Mill
The Bridgeport-style manual knee mill remains one of the most versatile machines in our shop. Ideal for toolroom work, fixture modifications, repair projects, prototype development, and secondary machining operations, this machine provides the flexibility to efficiently produce features that may not justify CNC programming. Its precision hand-operated controls and rigid construction make it an invaluable asset for tooling, maintenance, and custom manufacturing applications.

Table Size & Work Capacity
The Bridgeport style manual knee mill is equipped with a 9" × 42" precision ground table, providing ample workspace for tooling components, fixture plates, repair work, prototype parts, and secondary machining operations. The machine's generous table size offers the flexibility required for both small precision work and larger fabrication support projects.
Motor Size
The Bridgeport Style Manual Knee Mill Comes equipped with a 2 Horse Power 3 Phase motor and 8 available Spindle Speeds allowig for heavy roughing and big drilling to reduce machining time and increase throughput wether for a prototype or production run.

Original Hand-Scraped Ways
Unlike many heavily worn manual mills, this machine remains in excellent condition and retains its original hand scraped Y axis and Z axis ways. These precision scraped bearing surfaces contribute to smooth machine movement, improved accuracy, and are a testament to the machine's light use and overall mechanical integrity.
R8 Tooling System
The machine utilizes the industry standard R8 spindle taper, providing compatibility with a vast range of tooling including end mill holders, drill chucks, collet systems, fly cutters, boring heads, and specialty tooling. The widespread availability of R8 tooling allows for maximum flexibility across a wide variety of machining operations.
