All of our custom metal forming tools are made entirely in house, not just designed by us, but machined, fabricated, and finished right here in our shop. We use only American steel, down to the hardware, ensuring every tool is built to last. Custom Performance Suspension Components
Fabricated in house for Step Notcher Corp., these components were made from American steel plasma cut blanks provided by Step Notcher Corp. Featuring clean MIG welds, precise fitment, and the strength needed for demanding performance suspension applications.
Custom Step Notch Weldment
Built in house for Step Notcher Corp., this step notch assembly began as American steel plasma cut blanks provided by the customer. Two components were precision bent in our shop before final fitment, tacking, and clean full welds. The result is a strong, accurate assembly ready for high performance suspension applications.
Proprietary Curved Concrete Edger
Designed and developed entirely by Radical Fabrications, this curved concrete edger showcases our in-house engineering and fabrication capabilities. Manufactured using our own proprietary forming die sets, designed, machined, and built exclusively by Radical Fabrications, this tool demonstrates the precision, strength, and craftsmanship we bring to every custom project.
Custom Toyota Hilux Cup Holder – The Beginning of Radical Fabrications
This one of a kind cup holder, designed and fabricated for my closest friend David to fit his Toyota Hilux. This marks the very beginning of Radical Fabrications. More than just a functional piece, it represents the moment the Lord planted the itch for manufacturing and the dream of owning and running our own Company. This photo captures where the vision started, a small project that grew into a lifelong calling.
